Crypto Leverage Liquidation Hunting Strategy
Monitor liquidation heatmaps to identify where leveraged positions are concentrated. When BTC approaches a large liquidation cluster, the price often wicks through it as stop losses and liquidations cascade, then reverses. Strategy: place limit orders slightly beyond the liquidation cluster to catch the reversal. This exploits the mechanical nature of liquidations in crypto perpetual futures markets.
