Value Investing Checklist — How I Screen for Undervalued Stocks

A systematic value investing approach using quantitative screens. Screen for: P/E below industry median, P/B below 2, positive free cash flow for 3+ years, revenue growth positive, insider buying in last 6 months, and debt coverage ratio above 2. Then do qualitative analysis: is the company in a secular growth industry? Does management have skin in the game? Is there a clear catalyst for revaluation?
